Tech Translator is run by James Fraser, trading as Tech Translator, based in the UK. Contact: info@techtranslator.co.uk.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product, you get a licence to use it within your own business. Please don't resell, share or publish it.

Because digital products are delivered immediately, you agree when buying that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download starts. If a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll put it right or refund you.

Video Reviews

A Video Review covers one completed Tech Spend Audit of up to 50 systems. We aim to deliver within 7 working days of receiving your completed file. If we can't deliver, we'll refund you in full.

Guidance, not advice

Our products and reviews are practical guidance based on experience. They're not legal, financial or contractual advice. Always check your contract terms and export any important data before cancelling or changing a system. You remain responsible for decisions about your business.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
